The main reason is this absolute stunner that our great leader @nigelshooter had yesterday, so we’re all out at it to catch something similar! This beautiful fish is a bit of a rare visitor to the net, having only been caught once a year for the last 4 years! Having laid a bed of a mix of B.P.T. & Coconut Supreme Boilies, crumbed Boilies, pellets & groundbait, a B.P.T. Airball Popup, laced with a bit of Coconut for a tropical tang was lowered over the top! This absolute woodcarving was the best of a 3 fish hit, with another carp & a Silver Bream making the hat trick – this fish has now been aptly named “Abracadabra” What a fish!
