Shore Crab Extract is a crab fond made from raw material of Shore Crab (Carcunus maenas). The boiling juice is concentrated and added salt. Only selected first class raw materials are used. Shore Crab Extract is manufactured under strict process control. Shore crab extract is thin liquid of around 45% moisture, comprising of multiple shades of brown in colour, complemented by a strong natural taste of crab meat and a mild but characteristic shellfish odour.
